Accents & Artech is your local print boutique offering quick turnaround times and high-quality custom print, lamination, and framing services. We also provide in-house graphic design and production services to ensure your graphics are visually impactful.
Founded by Lee Bunker in 1974, Accents and Art began as a pioneering picture framing business in Oakland. Known for innovation, Lee introduced large-format mounts and small format lamination, becoming one of two businesses in San Francisco with a Magnapex dry mounting machine. In the '90s, Gary Upchurch took the helm, expanding services to include large format lamination, mounting, and framing. After acquiring Seal Form in '98, the company became a leading source for document laminating in the Bay Area. A merger with Artech Laminating birthed "Accents & Artech," now owned by Winston Chu.
